  • 7 pm Dinner with Imperial Officers At Canale’s 156 West Utica street.  This is a special time to enjoy Dinner with NYOSA Officers and Imperial Officers in a smaller setting.  Attendees are responsible for their own meal and drinks.  Reservation are a must due to limited seating


Friday May 1


  •  5pm - 7pm Hospitality Room and Registrations

  • 7 pm - 9 pm  GS Steamers Bar and Grill (Next Door to the Convention Center Hotel in the Riverside Banquet Room) Music with Cam Caruso Food Provided (Drinks Available at own cost)

  • 9 pm to Midnight Hospitality Room Open

All Day in the Lake Ontario Convention Center


  • 8 am - 9 am Registration

  • 8:30 am - 9:30 am  Breakfast (Riverfront Reception Room)

  • 9:30 am Session kick off celebration (Nobles, Ladies and Family) (Alexandria’s Ballroom)

  • 10 am - 11 am  Session Start for the Nobles (Alexandria’s Ballroom)

  • 10 am Ladies Project Paint and Sip with Lady Barb (Downstairs from Alexandria’s Ballroom

  • 11 am - 1 pm Kids Lunch and Indoor water Park (Next door to Convention Center Hotel)

  • 12 - 1 pm Lunch   (Riverfront Reception Room)

  • 1 pm - 1:30 pm Imperial Officers Presentations

  • 1:30 pm to 5 pm Hospitality Room Open

  • 1:30 - 3 pm Take part in the Mini Jeep Craze (Drive one of the mini jeeps present and get pictures in the Tigris Shrine Dune Buggy) Dockside Parking lot

  • 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm NYOSA Social Hour  Dinner Alexandria’s Ballroom Open Bar and Hors d’oeuvres

  • 6:30 pm - 7 pm Introductions  Dinner Alexandria’s Ballroom
